As well as shops, cafes restaurants etc, if has an ice rink, a wall of water and an aquarium and a lake.
We took the metro there and then walked for what seemed like miles from the station to the Mall, moving from one moving pavement to another.

We made our way down to the centre of the Mall where there is a lake and views of the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa.
Inside the Mall is an aquarium, an ice skating rink and wall of water
A highlight is a musical performance by the fountains in the lake. This started at 1.30 and lasted from about 5 minutes.
Other buildings include souks (markets) and restaurants
Tomorrow, we will take the metro to the airport and fly to Sri Lanka.
