Lithuania day 3 and on to Latvia

Having spent longer than intended a Trakia, the previous day, we were up early the next day so that we could see the cathedral of St Stanisausus and St Vladislav
















Before lunch, we stopped for a beer tasting. The host played an accordion while we talked over a pre lunch drink.











Then it was time for a visit to colllines des cCoix at Siaulla. Crosses have been placed on the hill since the 19th century.









Then it was on to Rundale to see a chateau and gardens. The chateau was built in 1740.






















From here, we continued to Latvia and Riga, arriving in the evening.
